Delivery times run from the date of order confirmation (payment received). Business days exclude weekends and Sri Lankan public holidays. During peak periods (December, April/New Year) please allow 1–2 additional days.

Delivery Process

Returns Policy

14-day returns window — we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item.

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Item must not have been cut to a custom length
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been installed, driven into the ground, or used
  • Items that have been cut or modified
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items damaged by improper installation or storage

How to Return

  1. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions within 1 business day
  3. Package the item securely and ship to the address we provide
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email theteam@customersupport.care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — this is our guarantee.
