By accessing gardenedge.lk or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.

3. Products

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update product specifications without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours, particularly the natural weathering patina of Corten steel, may vary from photographs.

All pricing is displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 1 business day to offer an alternative or full refund
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders island-wide — no additional delivery charges apply. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all addresses across Sri Lanka. Standard delivery is free and takes 5–7 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to all major cities including Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, Negombo, Trincomalee, Anuradhapura, Ratnapura, Batticaloa, Kalmunai, Moratuwa, and all regional areas. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, courier disruptions, customs delays).

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Contact theteam@customersupport.care before returning any item
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item

8. Warranty & Product Guarantees

Our stainless steel edging is manufactured from 304 grade steel and warranted against corrosion failure under normal garden use. Our Corten steel edging naturally develops a rust patina — this is the intended finish and is not a defect. Neither product requires painting or surface treatment; any deterioration resulting from improper installation or use outside normal garden conditions is not covered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden Edge Company and Caruso Consulting Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on gardenedge.lk — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Garden Edge Company / Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (jurisdiction of registration). For Sri Lanka-based disputes, we will engage in good faith to resolve any issue through direct negotiation before any formal proceedings.
